Text Box: This is the homepage of Sheridan County’s Character Counts! Committee. Our program is based on the “Six Pillars of Character”SM established by the nationwide effort of CHARACTER COUNTS!SM. The purpose of CHARACTER COUNTS! Is to strengthen and reinforce ethical values and character in our community’s citizens, both young and old. The committee will interact with community schools, churches, businesses and government agencies to promote community based character education through programs, training, outreach efforts, and recognition events.
